Our Heather Honey is foraged by bees spending the summer on the Southern Pennine moors, where the heather is in bloom. The result is a wonderfully distinctive honey with a rich colour, deep aroma and a beautifully complex flavour.

Heather honey is renowned for its stronger, more characterful flavour compared with lighter blossom honeys, making it a favourite among honey lovers and often regarded as one of the finest honeys produced in Britain.

The bees also forage among Rosebay Willowherb growing across the moors, which adds a softer, more delicate note to the honey. We think this creates a beautifully balanced flavour — rich and distinctive without being overpowering.

Naturally dark in colour and wonderfully thick, this honey has a unique quality that allows it to remain spreadable rather than setting completely hard.
